The management will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or materials brought into the premises by the applicant or their guests.
The applicant agrees to use the facility responsibly and for the purpose stated in the application. Any damage to the hall, its furniture, equipment, or facilities during the period of use will be the responsibility of the applicant, and the applicant will bear the full cost of repair or replacement.
The management reserves the right to cancel or terminate the booking if the applicant violates any of the rules and regulations or if the event is found to be unlawful, unsafe, or against public interest.
The applicant must ensure that the event ends at the agreed time. Any extension of time must be approved by management and may attract additional charges.
The applicant is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors during the event and must ensure that the premises are left clean and in good condition after use.
